*Students are requested to send a copy of student ID or a letter from the head of department by FAX or e-mail to the ICAF 2019 Secretariat upon registration.
Cancellation of participation (a written request is mandatory):
Registered participants, who are unable to attend the Conference & Symposium will have their paid fees refunded if a written notice of non-attendance is received by the ICAF 2019 Secretariat before March 15, 2019. If cancellation is made after this date no refund of fee can be expected.
All refunds will be processed after the symposium.
